The following is the minutes for the residents meeting at Glenmarie Temasya Suria management office.

Date: 11 December 2010

Topic

1. Barricades:
- Will proceed to barricade the area on our own if I&P continues to delay
UPDATE: The barricades have been set-up courtesy of I&P - please see latest posting below
- Buy approx 50 drums@rm20.
- Engage security guards to paint and fill the
drums with sand.

2. Speed bump:
- Follow up with Dicky on getting MPSJ to build 2 speed bumps.

3. Banners:
- Place additional banner at management office
with message:
Glenmarie Temasya Suria RA to all owners, please get in touch with us for the purpose of setting up the
necessary community services and the fencing of our housing estate.
- Current banner to move to the new guard
entrance

4. ROS:

Need 2 more positions to fill in the form:
- Vice-President
- Asst. Secretary
- Need assistance to fill up the form in bahasa,
reco Haizal to help.

Other matters:

- To date have collected 60 signatures from home owners consenting to the gating of Glenmarie Temasya Suria!
- Funding - We are still collecting RM 300 per household to help fund the pre-incorporation activities of the PROTEM. Those who have not made the necessary payment are encouraged to contact Alicia Toe via email at aliciatoe2008@gmail.com or Cathy Liew at cathy99property@gmail.com 

- One of the residents offered to make a "gift" to the neighbourhood
UPDATE: Thanks to this generous neighbour, we now have a beautiful canopy at the entrance!

No tentative date has been set for the next meeting. Owners/Residents will be notified once the next meeting date is confirmed.

Temporary Barricade

Protect our homes!

The team has been hard at work at getting the developer to errect the temporary barricades. This will serve as a temporary measure for added security until the gating of the community is completed. Unfortunately, the process is being delayed on the side of the developer for reasons unknown.

This only underlines how important it is for the PROTEM committee to have the support of all owners and residents in Glenmarie Temasya Suria. The fencing of our housing estate will ensure a higher degree of security for our families and protect the value of our investment. If you have not contacted anyone in the PROTEM committee of the RA, please do so or email us at glenmarietemasyasuria@gmail.com.

Our your own, please make it a point to stress to the developer how important this is for you as an investor in I&P's project. Let us have your views here in the comments section and in the online poll set-up on the right of this page.

Attendees: 37 owners plus Dicky, representative from I&P

1. Appointment of Temasya Suria Pro-Tem Committee for the Residents Association:
- Chairman: Daniel Hee
- Secretary: Jennifer Khor
- Treasurer: Alicia Toe & Cathy Liew
- Members: Rohaizal, Ricky Yew, Goh Keng Tat, Jeffrey Saw, Angie Ng

Name suggestion for committee:
- Glenmarie Temasya Suria RA

To check on procedure to register RA with ROS.

2 Barricade:
- Dicky to provide the design, size & guidelines
- Request I&P for monetary contribution
- To set up temporary barricades asap
- Get the gated guidelines from MPSA
- Plus a few more requests e.g speed hump, CCTV, fencing to I&P

3 Security guards:
- Request I&P to extend the service/contract
- Provide us the money to help build the barricade in lieu of paying for security guards

4 Other matters:
- Each member to contribute RM300 to the committee funding. To date collected RM2,100.
- Start a blog for RA
