  2. So far, I'd estimate around 25-30%. We have not gotten the 85% approval from owners, have you signed up?

In the meantime, we are engaging with I&P to try and move this along faster.

    regards

  6. Hi Jefe,

  7. Just to answer your question, couple of months ago, i had a brief chat with En. Mazli and was informed that the construction opposite the makeshift guardhouse is I&P showcase office for the upcoming projects in Glenmarie. Scheduled to be completed in 6 months. Hope it helps.

  8. Hi Mrjefe. Thanks! It helped a lot. However there is another construction going on as well. It's the one facing the light industry factories such as avis. Might you have any idea on that?

  9. That would be commercial units, from what I understand, double storey shoplots. It should be launched soon although I am not sure if it is opened for the general public.

  12. Hi Mr Jefe,
    Hope all is well.
Just to inform that i saw several people climbing through the bushes and the very low fencing in front of Jalan Jurubina U1/61A to take sand and stones from the houses nearby. I was wondering if there are any progress to wall up our housing area? Nowadays the crime rate is soaring and we hope to prevent any untoward incidents before it happen.
    Appreciate your kind advice.
    Thank you in advance.

  13. Hi Janson,

Please mhelp us make a report to the management at the Community Hall. On a separate note, I will speak to the security guards about this.

Progress is slow on getting the 85% approvals from the community. Without this, we cannot get the permission to even start work on the wall. In the meantime, I propose that we all keep our eyes open and warn the security guards if we see something like this.

I will bring this up in the next committee meeting and thank you for your report.

    regards

  14. How do I sign up? I just bought a unit recently. I hope this area can be converted to guarded and gated . This will add value to the market value of the property .
I believe not all the owners here are IT savvy is there any alternative way of communications?
How about developer defect liability period? Do u know when is the last day to request for it? And I understand that there is a lot of defect.

  15. I am of the opinion that this blogsite was established to facilitate sharing of views among community members, therefore, I find it very strange that the article I last posted here was removed without any reasons provided.

  16. Dear Mike,

If you are referring to your last posting, it is under the comments section for the article "Are you a member of the GTSRA?" Do check, as even though access to the blog was given to some of the RA committee, I am the only one actively maintaining it. And as the webmaster of sorts, I do not practice censorship unless it contravenes ordinary rules of decency. I have been advocating transparency since the beginning - hence this blog. I think we all share a common concern for our investment and hope for faster progress.

And dear Anonymous, you may email me mrjefe@gmail.com and I would be glad to forward to a member of the RA. Failing which, kindly check with the guards - Bala who supervises them should be able to point you in the right direction.

Lastly, Mike, Anon etc. Have a very blessed Christmas and a Happy New Year.

  17. Hi, I am quite concern of the shoplots facing Porsche. I have a feeling that once ready, fencing will be removed and cars will have access to our community. i hope I am wrong. Anyone would like to share a thought?

  19. Dear anon, I understand that a fence will be built between Temasya Suria and the shoplots - details of which I do not have with me. I will forward this to the RA to see if they can update.
