  1. Hi, happy new year.

I am a resident in Temasya Glenmarie, I realise that there is some construction activities going on near my house and suspect that they might be building a mosque there.

Anyone knows what exactly they intend to build on that piece of land (vacant land next to the factory, in front of DRB Hicom).

    Thank you.

    Regards,
    Tom

  5. Hi Everybody especially administrator, I am Jimmyay.
My family in the mid of confirming a house in your lovely neighbourhood. Hope to finalise it as soon as possible.

What is the status for Gated & Guarded? 85% required? How much % is it now? I'm 100 INTO G&G. Make our family safe is the utmost priority. And of course incidentally, property price will go UP!

  6. Hi Jimmyay,

A special Hi to you too :) We hope to welcome you to the neighbourhood! Do mail me and share how much you are paying ;) !!

To be honest, I do not have the latest figures on the approval %. Last I checked, it was still not 85% and the problem is contacting the investor-type owners. I think like you, many of us are strongly in support of this and hopefully the RA will report progress on this soon.

In the meantime, the developer is refreshing the hedges around the area. Hopefully this will help beautify things while adding to the security.

    Hope this answer helps.

    Happy Chinese New Year!

    regards

  7. Hi Mr Jefe,

Prevention is always better than cure. 85% and we will get a much higher premium residential area.
Hope to see you guys soon.

Gong Xi Fatt Chai to you too.

  11. Hi. I m a new owner n also receive a notice from the committee regarding the fencing n maintenance fee. I hv no objection to it. It was told that we make payment to the security guard at entrance n collect car sticker from them. Is this true? I tried to get the contact number of any committee member from the guard but he didn't hv. Is there a list of committe members n contact I can get if I hv any question?
