Pest Problems

We caught a rodent running around in the ceiling boards a few weeks ago and lately the sound of tiny feet running around has come back. Anyone has similar problems?

Fencing Updates and CNY Greetings

Dear neighbours,

In reply to recent questions on the perimeter fencing, I have gotten the reply from the RA:

1. New proper fencing and the entrance will be replaced wth a new one except for Jln. Jurubina whreby Hj Zaini (InP) has confirmed that they will replace with a new grass fencing that will cover up the view and even the current chain link.

2. The current Blue Hoarding perimeter at the shop lot that under construction will be installed with proper fencing. 


Hope this clarifies the matter.

On a personal note, I'd like to wish all neighbours a very happy and prosperous Chinese New Year!
