I wondering whether Mr Jefe could set a complaint column in this blog? One of the reasons, I was happy to move to temasya it because it has wide back lane. Good for ventilation. Unfortunately, some neighbours misused this advantage: 1. currently 2 old cars are permanently parked at the back lane 2. some has converted the back lane to vegetable farm. soon some will rare live stocks....
I wish to beg our neighbours, for the sake of the beauty of neighbourhood, please do not let your selfishness overrule your care for others
I think it is not a question of right or wrong. It is a common area. that land does not belongs to you. Imagine if everyone start to to do things they like at the back lane what will happend? All this selfishness actions will only lead to more discrepancies in view towards forming a successful G&G community unless you are in to this.
OK noted, will see how I can set-up a complaints section.
My views on the following:
1. Cars parked in the back lane - a terrible eye sore and reflects badly on the people living in the house in my honest opinion. There's a small white car parked in the lane between Jlns Jurubina and Polis which irks me a great deal. Surely not too shy to park on the spacious roads in front of our house right?
2. I agree that there are common rules which should be respected. This applies to planting of unkempt plans across from your house or treating the side walk as your storage yard. Unfortunately we do not have a legally binding agreement that manages this and I am only waiting for my next trip to MBSA to lodge a written complaint!
I have always advertised restraint and reason for this blog, but as the administrator, let me just say I have had enough of such utter rubbish behaviour!
I do agree with you that we do not have a legally binding agreement to management this. i believed all residential area in city is governed by local council rules and regulations. Anyway, general rule is, house owner is free to do anything within your land area ie your house plot size. look at some of the marvelous renovation our neighbours has done. Can we complaint? that is your, what can we say.
All of us wish to stay in a peaceful and friendly community. Hope neighbours that read this will tolerate and "restraint" as jefe said.
Gong Xi Fa Cai neighbours!

Are the cars behind Jururancang is it?
ReplyDeleteNot sure of the name of the road. It is the back lane between 120' and 96'. Go and see yourself.
ReplyDeleteI see nothing wrong with the presence of vegetable patches as long as they are properly manned!
