How Do You Like Our New Guard "House"?

OK, it's not so much a guard house as a guard cabin. But this is the changing face of Glenmarie Temasya Suria. The cabin will provide better shelter to the guards and serve as a proper presence for our security team.

In case some of you are wondering, we need to make a suitable base for the cabin due to the uneven ground surface so please ignore the slight eyesore for now.

  2. Agreed, good to see this.

Would like to know if we are keeping the canopy? I think the canopy is very useful as it provide more shelter and also not as hot as sitting inside the cabin. Also our guards under the canopy will have a 360deg view to track what is happening.

    Thanks!

  3. "It's not so much of a guard house than a guard cabin-" well at least they have somewhere to run to when the rain becomes heavy.

    Good job guys!

  5. I praise the GTS RA recent efforts to clear all the clogged drains and clearing of rubbish near the playground beside the TNB sub-station.

On 15.10.2012 as i was walking near the playground i noticed that some irresponsible people are again dumping some rubbish in the same spot near the TNB sub-station. I noticed that these are stalks and leaves of plants found only at few houses in the community.

Can the committee please investigate the culprit who is so selfish as to dump the debris near the playground. We do not want the rats and cockroaches to thrive again in the area where our kids often play.

Stern action must be taken on those found responsible.

  7. There is an easier way than resorting to dumping rubbish at the playground, even garden rubbish which the rubbish collectors wouldn't normally take. We have a couple of bags of garden rubbish from my house about once a week or every 2 weeks. Just talk to the rubbish collectors nicely and ask them if they could help to take it as well, and a token RM10 or RM20 once in a while would be very much appreciated by them. It really is as simple as that. That way the garden rubbish can be removed properly without bothering anyone.

Again on 29.10.2012, as i doing my walks around the playground, i saw now some discarded metal clothes hanger and other rubbish dumped at the playground!!!

Please have a walk and verify this.

I am indeed speechless at the thoughtlessness of some. Very shameful indeed!!!
