Have you sign consent for Gated Community?




If you have not sign for consent, kindly download this FORM. Please pass to the security guard or GTSRA for compilation.

If your neighbour had not given their consents, kindly highlight to them the importance of this consent.

    So how many more from 72 do we need to get the security guard house built?

    Hi Anonymous, download the "Listing". It does show which house had given their consent.

    Hi Fabian,
    GTS have 133 houses and 133 x 85% = 114 houses required to agreed. Since we already have 103 consented, we need another 11 houses to complete. With that, we can submit application to the authorities. Once you have more signed consent, pass to guard or GTSRA.

    Appreciate if you can rearrange the Headings of " Gated Agreed" and "Security Fees Yes " because i have the opinion that the later is kind of not very viewing friendly !

    Noticed that some in the list have paid, but have not agreed to the gated thingy ... must be an oversight. Getting them to sign the forms would bring up the tally a little closer to the target.

    Can we take the initiative to go through the list and like what mentioned above, some which have paid yet to sign the guarded consent form. I'm sure those who've paid would agree to it.

    Let's work this way, see if they're the houses 3 to our left or right, if yes try to approach them.
    Suggest to print a few copies and just pass to them to sign. If we would to ask them to print it themselves, would just be another waste of effort (You know how we human works)

    Just notice there is a Jalan Jururancang U1/21...ours Jururancang U1/61B. No wonder lot of contractor got lost!! Can we do something about this? Sigh..
